Terms of Service

1. What MUZA is

MUZA is a software tool that automates chatting and sales for content platforms: messages are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems on behalf of the connected account and under the client's control.

2. AI transparency (EU AI Act, Article 50)

Messages sent through MUZA are AI-generated. The client (workspace owner) acts as the deployer of the AI system towards their subscribers and is solely responsible for meeting any disclosure requirements about AI interaction that apply in their jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of their audience, including the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), applicable from August 2, 2026.
The client must comply with the rules of the platforms on which they use the service, including those platforms' policies on automation and AI content.

3. Data

MUZA processes the client's chat data and fan CRM data as a processor acting on the client's (controller's) instructions. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
Workspaces are isolated from each other; API keys are stored encrypted; workspace access is protected by a password and an email verification code.
We notify the client of security incidents affecting their data without undue delay (target: within 48 hours of discovery).
Upon termination, workspace data is deleted within 30 days, including backups.

4. Restrictions

The service is intended only for lawful content and adult audiences.
Using the service for deception, extortion, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of platform rules is prohibited.
The service is provided "as is"; the client controls and is responsible for the final communication with their audience.
